We look forward to seeing you in Monterey, in March, for the 2026 GCVI Summit!
If you want to kickstart your networking ahead of the conference, we have five fantastic activities lined up on March 24, the day before the Summit officially begins.

Golf
Enjoy a relaxing round on a beautiful course while networking with fellow attendees.
Date: Tuesday, March 24
Time: 9:00 am (please arrive 30 minutes in advance)

Style: Shotgun Start (Shotgun golf is a tournament format where all players start their rounds simultaneously from different holes on the course.)
Your seat to scenic Carmel

You can drive right into the main entrance. All carts will be in front of the restaurant/golf shop.
Join us for a half-day trip to Carmel and explore.
This bus trip to Carmel offers a comfortable ride and free time to explore the town on your own. Carmel-by-the-Sea is known for its unique shops, art galleries, restaurants, and beautiful coastline. Transportation is provided, making it a stress-free and enjoyable trip.
Date: Tuesday, March 24
Time: 10:30am – 1pm (please arrive 10 minutes in advance). Return trip back to the Hyatt will meet at 12:45pm for a 1pm departure. You will arrive just in time to join us for our Disrupt Showcase! (Location pickup to be provided).
Serve, rally, score! Join pickleball
You’re invited to join us for a friendly game of pickleball. Whether you’re new or experienced, come play, have fun, and enjoy the company.
Date: Tuesday, March 24
Time: 10:00am – 12pm (please arrive 15 minutes in advance)
Location: The Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa
Hit the ground running!
The group run will be guided by Charlie Hayward, a dedicated member of our GCV team, and an avid and experienced runner. Join Charlie and many others of our GCV community and start the day strong!

Whale watching
Experience one of California’s premier wildlife destinations while enjoying a memorable outing with fellow conference attendees.
Date: Tuesday, March 24
Time: 10:00am (please arrive 30 minutes in advance). This will be a three-hour charter.
Location: Check in at the Monterey Bay Whale Watch Center at Fisherman’s Wharf at 1 Fishermans Wharf, Monterey, CA 93940

We strongly recommend registering your interest, by filling out the form above, as soon as possible to avoid missing out on joining us for one of these exciting activities.
Please note that your place is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the GCV team. The activities incur no extra charge for individuals who hold a 2026 GCVI Summit ticket.
If you are participating in the Women on Boards event (invite-only), please consider that activities may overlap.
